Shipping Information
If you pay using a credit card we will process and ship your order within 24 hours. Since we make our product right here, if an item is out of stock it can usually be shipped within two business days. (Some exceptions may apply. For instance if we do not have the re-cycled bike parts in stock to make the item.) In Canada you can expect to recieve your order in 2 to 9 days, in USA, 5 - 12 days and International orders may take up to 30 days. We ship Canada Post only at this time. Delivery dates outside Canada are approximations that do not include delays such as customs clearance. When the item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. All transactions, (including shipping) are in USD. Double Check Your Sizing Please double check that you are ordering the correct size. There is nothing more dissappointing than finding out that you have ordered the wrong size once it has arrived. If you need to exchange an item because you ordered the wrong size we will have to charge you for the shipping. Shipping to Multiple Addresses or Shipping Gifts At this time we can only ship to one address per order. You must place separate online orders for each address you intend to ship to. You may however bill to one address and have the item shipped to a different address. If your order is a gift we can include a gift enclosure. Go to our "Contact Us" page after you have placed your order and send us an e-mail with these details. The second option is to send us your order by mail with a US money order or certified check. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for returns because of an incorrect address. Please make sure you have the correct address on your order. If any order is not received because of an incorrect address and you request a refund, your refund will be processed minus the shipping charges. If your address on your credit card and your billing address do not match you will get an AVS (Address Verification System Code) error while ordering and your order will not go through. This is not an error in our web site (it is for your own protection), but is an issue you will need to deal with directly with your card holder. International Shipping We ship to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, the USA and the UK. There will be a $3.00 handling fee for International Orders which will be added prior to shipping. Any duties or country tax charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer. |
